Horse Claims
If an incident occurs that may result in a claim please remember the following:
- If your horse is ill or injured don't delay calling your vet - arrange treatment immediately
- Download a claim form and email it back to us at equine-claims@allianz.co.uk
- If you have Third Party Liability on your cover and an incident happens which could lead to a claim please call to tell us as soon as possible. Please call our specialist liability teams on 01483 218 781 for injury to a third party and 01483 218 782 for damage to third party property. The lines are open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding Bank Holidays.

Your guide to completing a claim form
To make a claim download the relevant form below. Once the form is completed by yourself and your vet, attach all of the supporting documents and email it back to us at equine-claims@allianz.co.uk. If you are unable to download a copy of the claim form, please call us on 0345 074 2676.
- Vet Fees (including continuation form)
- Prescription Medication - Permanent Loss of Use
- Death of your horse
- Loss by Theft or Straying
- Personal Accident (including dental treatment)
- Saddlery and Tack
- Trailer/Horse-drawn vehicle
What happens once you submit your claim?
We will let you know as soon as we have received your claim form. Our experienced team are ready and waiting to help, and will be in touch if we need any more information about your claim.
